If, for some reason, you don’t know this by now, here you go. Wow, I’m actually posting an actual news thing. OK.
The NME Awards (you voted for them, remember?) were Tuesday.
Muse won:
Best Live Band
Best Album Artwork (for HAARP)
and Matt as Sexiest Male (… interview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T381E1UgLF4)
Through interviews, we’ve also found out that the album is half way done! Huzzah! There’s some more information on these matters on muselive, and why would you be here instead of there? (unless the forums frighten you–and if that’s the case, don’t go anywhere near the official one. Muselive is awesome.)

1. For a building company that builds porches, garages, etc.:

2. Chinese Restaurant:

3. Computer Repairs Company:
“Glitches know me cause they know that I can block!”

The next big thing for ILME will be a story released in episodes. It is untitled as of now, but what we do know is that it takes place in the future and involves totalitarian governments and waffles. It will be totally awesome. Bill and I are talking about it right now, scheming and plotting and all that good stuff. Look for the first episode in the next few days.

Here are some hypothetical documentaries. Tell me what you think:
1. Morgan Freeman narrates a horror documentary about the Official Muse Messageboard. (I have an irrational fear of Muse messageboards, even though I have accounts for two. I am too afraid to ever post on one. They are terrifying.)
2. Morgan Freeman narrates a cautionary documentary about the possibility of Jurassic Park actually happening that estimates how quickly the Velociraptors could learn to build a raft and escape the island.
3. Morgan Freeman narrates a documentary about James Earl Jones’ narrating abilities.
4. Morgan Freeman narrates a documentary about Morgan Freeman.
5. A montage, Koyaanisqatsi style, that proves the existence of reality. (Possible MushMan cameo?)
6. Morgan Freeman narrates a documentary that explores the feud between Billy Mays and Vince Offer, and pits the two against each other in an impromptu pitch-off.
7. A 5-part exposé that reveals the truth about the Spiderdom and Matt Bellamy’s origins.
8. Disney = Illuminati?
Any other ideas?
Disney is an upstanding, perfect example of Free Enterprise. Remember: Those who disagree with the truth of our democratic capitalist system are terrorists and they should be made known to the Government.

So, I recently managed to unlock the Endless Songlist in Rock Band 2, and, knowing that I would really regret it the next day if I played guitar or drums, I opted to sing. Maybe not the greatest decision either, as I’m starting to lose my voice now. I was also forced to sing various things that I found unpleasant: songs I didn’t know, songs I don’t like, songs by Alanis Morrisette….And for what? The game told me it was legendary, and I got a tiny golden mic….Now I have to do it on drums, guitar, and bass just to get it to tell me I’m pro at everything. 84 songs is kinda a lot. Took quite a while, and the Wii couldn’t be used for anything else in the meantime. Was kinda lame, all in all, but something that I’m still glad I did, because, by the end, my singing greatly improved, as did my lung capacity.
In other news, a milkman was arrested for handing out weed with his milk orders. Apparently, his buyers would place a note with their empties, and he’d bring the goods the next time he came by. It was really an excellent system, and we here at ILME are sad to hear such an enterprising project was brought to a close. We only hope that he may find peace beside MushMan (who is likely in jail by now), Criminal-turned-Goat, Mr. Pigeonpants Man, and those zebra that escaped the circus in Augsburg the other day and ran amok, laughing at the police. On a final note, Carolina needs to get its head out of its ass and play basketball, because I really do -not- want to lose to Duke.

Interpreting My Dream February 10, 2009

I was taking Benadryl and fell asleep. When I fell asleep, I dreamed that 1.) I had forgotten to read Ayn Rand’s The Fountainhead and 2.) Someone else was having a wedding or something, but that my friends and I were eating shroomy M&Ms in this picture of a place that I saw on the internet when I was looking for cool places to visit while I’m in Amsterdam this summer.
So, I decided to Google ‘dream meanings’ and find the dumbest interpretation of my dreams that I could. I’ve found alot of interpretations for what reading a book means, but none for what not reading a book means. So, I’ll just assume that it means the opposite of what reading a book means. Yeah.
Dream 1: dreammoods.com says: “To see books in your dream, indicates calmness. You are moving toward your goals at a slow and steady pace. Books also symbolize knowledge, intellect, information and wisdom. ” So I will interpret Dream 1 as meaning that I am not calm, that I am not moving towards my goals at a slow and steady pace, and that I have no knowledge, intellect, information, or wisdom.
Dream 2: M&Ms: dreammoods.com says: “To see or eat candy in your dream, symbolizes the joys and special treats in life. It also represents indulgence, sensuality and/or forbidden pleasure. ” Wedding: “To see a marriage in your dream, signifies commitment, harmony or transitional period. You are undergoing an important developmental phase in your life. The dream may also represent the unification of formerly separate or opposite aspects of yourself.” Shrooms: Dream Interpretation Dictionary says: “To see mushrooms in your dreams, denotes unhealthy desires, and unwise haste in amassing wealth, as it may vanish in law suits and vain pleasures.To eat them, signifies humiliation and disgraceful love.For a young woman to dream of them, foretells her defiance of propriety in her pursuit of foolish pleasures.”
So, I guess I should interpret this as meaning that um…wait…what?
